The amount paid will be deducted from your first rent payment at the start of the tenancy. We normally ask for a reservation deposit of 250, though it may be more if the property is being reserved for a long period or if it commands an above average rent. When your reservation deposit is paid we will send a receipt showing the balance due prior to the start of your tenancy.
