Currently in our sixth year of operation, our objective is to continue specialising in letting and managing property without becoming side-tracked by other ventures, such as property sales and development.This approach enables us to invest in people and infrastructure with a long term strategy. We will continue to embrace new technology and engage in staff training with a clear focus on customer service and a determination to excel as a boutique letting agency in a very crowded market.

read moreA reservation deposit is essentially a rent payment made in advance to demonstrate your commitment to the tenancy. The amount paid will be deducted from your first rent payment at the start of the tenancy. We normally ask for a reservation deposit of 250, though it may be more if the property is being reserved for a long period or if it commands an above average rent. Very highly recommended!
I moved to Western Lettings last year after a poor experience with another agency and have found the service provided by the company to be exemplary. The staff are without exception friendly, efficient and highly professional and the IT systems are outstanding, providing instant access to inspection reports, invoices and compliance certificates. My tenants have also expressed their appreciation for the service provided to them and I consider the company to be setting the benchmark for the highest standards in service to both property owners and tenants.
