read moreOrdered 3 cast iron radiators 3 years ago (really pleased with them). Having the last one fitted this week (long story) and found that the parts to join the two halves of the radiator were missing. I am not sure if they were originally supplied or not, but there is a pretty good chance that I have just misplaced them. Anyhow, rang Trade Radiators who sent out replacement parts by return of post. I really don't think you can get better service than that. Plus the radiators look fabulous. The company have always been really helpful & there is an idiots guide to joining the parts of the radiators on their website. I would highly recommend them.

One of our radiators turned up with some damage and after a frankly appealing service from Wickes I was thinking the worst. How wrong was I?!I called the customer services number to be answered straight away by a very helpful Scottish lady who requested pics of the damage. I sent these over to receive a call back in 10 mins and notification of a replacement radiator being sent out the next day. It turned up in perfect condition.
I will definitely use again and recommend too.

The radiators look lovely
The radiators look lovely, though our plumber hates them because they're heavy and awkward to install. Also, I should add that when I ordered more radiators they finally arrived on the Tuesday after they had been due the previous Thursday. I strongly suggest that TradeRadiators should consider using a different courier than DX - they proved to be a nightmare! Value for Money

Fabulous product
Fabulous product range at amazing prices. I am always sceptical when prices are so reasonable, because I worry about the quality & service, however there was no need to worry in this case. Products were amazing, the customer service team are experienced & happy to give advice, not just take orders.I am very impressed & have already recommended friends.
