Our first venture into Europe came in 2001 when Northgate Vehicle Hire Ireland opened. The success of this operation led us to buy two leading rental companies in Spain, Fualsa and Record between 2002 and 2006. Further acquisitions in the UK of Arriva and Fleet Technique in 2006 (now Northgate Fleet Management) paved the way to create a service offering and infrastructure throughout the UK, Ireland and Spain which has been unrivalled ever since.In 2009 the UK companies, which had been trading under their original local brands were rebranded to Northgate Vehicle Hire. Suddenly Northgate Vehicle Hire was more visible than ever. In 2013, Northgate Vehicle Hire began its latest phase of growth but this time growth was organic. In just over 12 months, 10 branches were opened in the Greater London area.

After encountering an accident with my van, it was promptly recovered and brought to your location. I was pleasantly surprised when the van was swiftly replaced within an hour, allowing me to resume my journey promptly. The exceptional service provided was truly commendable, and I experienced a smooth drive back down the road.
