He Hokushin Karate Academy caters for all your martial arts requirements from the age of 4 years up. Whatever your decision to take up Shotokan Karate, we currently have the expertise, the team and the passion to assist you set and achieve your aims. When you come to your 1st class, your instructor will conduct a brief interview with you in order to discover what you want to get from your Karate training. You will then be invited to join in with the rest of the class and take that 1st step to a better, healthier and more confident life.
