read moreThe Energy Advisory Services Fully Qualified and Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) provide a diverse range of satisfied customers with EPCs for their homes and rented properties.
The EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) inspection should only last 30 minutes (depending on building size). Access to any loft space, and boiler, is the only request we ask for.
The EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) highlights what the average annual heat loss of the building is and its potential score (A-G), if suggestions are implemented.
Our assessors are all green deal accredited and can provide occupancy assessments and advise on green deal funding.
