Country Kitchen

Country Kitchen was began, by Jane Wilson, in 1970. It all happened when some neighbours required catering for a tiny gallery opening. After which other people asked her to cook for them when they were entertaining and had no time. The idea of providing food from her well stocked freezer was then born.
