Complete Counselling

My approach is Person Centred although I can be integrative. I'm particularly interested in Couple work and working with Young People. I believe as A Person Centred counsellor, that the customer is the expert in their life and have the capability to work with me to find solutions to the problems they are facing. I have an interest in holistic therapies as I see the body and mind working very much in conjunction. Most ailments can be traced back to being stress related.
